First this is a fantastic watch that fit's perfect and looks great and I have a 6 1/2 inch wrist! It really is comfortable. Second this watch came lighting fast just as promised and was on my wrist in a couple of days. Third, I thought I might have been having a problem with the regulation on the movement. Sam was more than helpful and accommodating offering to exchange the watch if I wanted. I let it wear in a few days to see if it would regulate itself, sometimes they do. Well this one settled in and is keeping perfect time to the second! I'm glad I decided to wait and see. I felt confident the entire time that Sam would make good if it didn't and he left it up to me. Over all a very positive experience and I would buy this watch again, and I will do business with this company again when I get out of the dreaded "no buy zone" us geeks find ourselves in time to time. I came across this site totally by accident. I bought this watch and am amazed how much better it really appears when in my hand! Samuel is fantastic to do business with and was extremely helpful to me. I was not very sure what I was doing as I'm older and not very tech savvy. He strikes me as a very honest man to do business with and that certainly proved true. The watch is everything he said and more. I really did have a hard time figuring all this out but he took great care of that. I will do business here again as his prices are very low and quality is very high. This watch is so comfortable and amazing to explore and play with.
